What is the cost per counselling session?
Individual counselling - from £45 per 50 minute session.
Trainee Counsellors & Students - from £35 per 50 minute session.
Considerations can be given to those who are unable to pay the full cost and this will be discussed at the initial session.
What happens next?

What happens at the initial session?
The initial session will be arranged and at a convenient time for you and will last approximately 50 minutes. We will meet together and discuss the best way forward for you; it will be an opportunity for you to clarify any further questions you may have about the counselling process and to ensure you feel comfortable with my way of working.
How many sessions will I need?
Together we will review at regular intervals so that you can be sure you are gaining the best outcome for you.
Do you offer home visits?
Unfortunately not, all sessions take place at my private counselling room in Doddinghurst, Essex or Online from my counselling room.
How will I make payments?
Online bank transfer or Cash either before or on the day of your session.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
If you need to cancel your appointment please give as much notice as you can and I will rearrange the appointment for you at a time that is more convenient. Please note I have a 48 hour cancellation policy which means that full payment is required after this time.
