I understand that reaching out to a counsellor can feel daunting, and you are welcome to make contact in whatever way feels most comfortable for you.
You can contact me by email or text, or you are welcome to leave a voicemail to arrange an initial brief conversation.
As I am often with clients, I’m not always able to answer the phone, and I do not take calls from unrecognised numbers. If you leave a message with your name and contact details, I will get back to you to arrange a convenient time to talk.
