What to expect?
In our sessions together, online or face-to-face, you will have time to explore your thoughts and feelings and identify areas of concern or difficulty that may be preventing you from achieving your goals and fulfilling your potential. For clients working online, we will agree on a time when we can both sign in and be in a space where we feel comfortable and not overheard to have our session together.
I offer short- or long-term therapy, helping you explore your difficulties in a safe, warm, accepting, and respectful space. I welcome people from all backgrounds, faiths, ethnicities, genders, gender and sexualities.
To help you decide if I am the right person for you, I offer a brief telephone assessment where you can tell me more about yourself and what you would like to achieve. You will get a taste of how counselling works and see if we feel comfortable working together. There is no obligation.
Whilst I am happy to work with what you choose to bring to the sessions, it can be helpful to know your reason for deciding to have counselling, including any areas you would especially like to work on, plus any specific aims or goals you may have in mind, so that these can be taken into account.
